Equity-based CEO / Co-Founder (20–30%) to scale live CS2 data & engagement platform from beta to funded company.

We are building a next-generation CS2 data intelligence and engagement platform designed to extend the competitive ecosystem for Premier players.

The technical foundation is complete and live in beta. The platform already includes advanced match parsing and analytics, a live engagement-driven prediction engine, a structured in-app economy (PP / RT system), achievement and progression systems, subscription infrastructure, and a horizontally scalable backend built for growth.

This is not an idea-stage startup. The product is operational and positioned for commercial acceleration.

We are now looking for a CEO / Co-Founder to take ownership of the strategic and commercial direction of the company.

Equity available: 20–30%, milestone-based.

The role is ideal for someone who can transform a technically strong platform into a scalable, fundable business. Responsibilities include defining monetization strategy, structuring fundraising rounds (angel to seed), securing sponsorships and partnerships, developing ecosystem positioning, building sustainable growth systems, and preparing the company for institutional capital.

The technical execution is handled. The commercial scaling and leadership layer is what we are building next.

The ideal candidate may have startup operator experience, fundraising background, esports or gaming network access, or strong business development expertise. You understand marketplace economics, community-driven growth, token-based engagement systems, and how to build revenue without eroding user trust.

This is not a salaried position. It is a co-founder opportunity with ownership tied to execution, revenue growth, and long-term value creation.

The CS2 ecosystem is still stabilizing. The Premier segment lacks structured reward infrastructure. Data intelligence remains underleveraged. The positioning window is open.
