Use this page to troubleshoot the most common CSSkill issues before contacting us. Most account, match, and reward problems can be resolved in a few minutes with the steps below.

Account Access Steam & Match Imports PP / RT / XP Shop & Giveaways Membership & Billing

Before You Contact Us

  1. Log out and back in once to refresh account-linked permissions.
  2. Refresh the page with a hard reload (Ctrl + F5) to bypass stale cached assets.
  3. Verify Steam is connected under Profile Settings and that your match was imported successfully.
  4. Check Transactions before reporting balance issues so we can compare wallet history.
  5. For membership issues, confirm your active tier on Pricing and in your profile billing section.

Issue Guides

I can’t log in or my account looks wrong
  1. Use the same Steam account used when you first registered.
  2. Clear browser cookies for this domain and sign in again.
  3. Check that your profile URL resolves to your expected username/Steam ID.

If the wrong account still appears, include your Steam profile link when contacting us.

Steam is connected but matches/imports are missing
  1. Go to Profile Settings and confirm Steam is still connected.
  2. Import or re-import your recent match, then wait 1-3 minutes for parser + stats processing.
  3. Open the match page directly and verify parsed data sections are present.

If import fails repeatedly, send the exact match/demo reference and timestamp (UTC).

PP / RT / XP did not update as expected
  1. Open Transactions and confirm if a corresponding entry exists.
  2. For achievement rewards, verify the achievement card is unlocked (not pending progress).
  3. For membership bonuses, confirm your tier is active and not expired/grace-ended.
  4. For level rewards, check that the milestone was crossed only once (milestone rewards are one-time).

When reporting wallet issues, always include transaction timestamps and expected amounts.

Shop purchase or profile style did not apply
  1. Check Transactions to verify purchase completion.
  2. Open Edit Profile, select the style again, and click Save Changes.
  3. Reload your public profile to confirm the style is active.

If a purchased style appears locked, include item name + purchase time in your support message.

Giveaway entry failed
  1. Confirm you meet minimum level requirements shown on the giveaway card.
  2. Verify PP balance is sufficient for the current ticket cost.
  3. Check if the giveaway is still active and not ended/closed.

Include giveaway name and the exact error message if entry still fails.

Membership tier is wrong or features are locked
  1. Open Pricing and confirm your current plan badge.
  2. Go to Profile Billing and check if membership is active or in grace period.
  3. Refresh and retry the locked feature once your tier displays correctly.

For billing issues, share the subscription change date and your account email.

To speed up resolution, include:

  • Profile URL or Steam profile link
  • Issue category (account, import, rewards, shop, billing)
  • Exact error text + when it happened (UTC)
  • Screenshots of relevant page(s), if possible
