Welcome to CSSkill.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Haugset IT (“we”, “us”, or “the Company”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using our website and services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
To use the Service, you must register an account using a valid and accessible email address. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You may not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities, including attempts to disrupt the Service or violate applicable laws.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one free account is permitted per individual or legal entity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. When subscribing, you must provide valid and current payment information.
By starting a subscription, you authorize us to charge applicable fees (including renewals and add-ons) using your selected payment method.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@csskill.com within 48 hours of the original invoice date.
Requests must include the email address associated with your account and the relevant payment date. Refunds outside this window may be declined.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard, provided all outstanding invoices have been paid.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or interfere with other users.
Unless you opt out, we may display your username, team name, or company name as a customer reference in marketing or promotional materials.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are made, you will be asked to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Service.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, including features, pricing, and availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Trøndelag Tingrett.
All giveaways, weekly races, live picks, and promotional campaigns conducted on the Platform are promotional engagement activities intended to reward user participation.
Participation does not constitute gambling, wagering, or financial investment. Any in-platform points, tokens, or rewards (including PP and RT) have no monetary value outside the Platform and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for cash, or exchanged for real-world currency.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional activity at any time without prior notice.
Participation in giveaways, weekly races, and live picks is limited to:
The Company reserves the right to verify user identity and eligibility at any time. Failure to provide requested verification may result in disqualification.
Any reward, including but not limited to digital items, skins, RT, PP, or other promotional benefits:
The Company does not guarantee availability of specific items and reserves the right to substitute, delay, or cancel fulfillment due to market conditions, platform restrictions, or force majeure events.
Live Picks, prediction activities, and weekly races are engagement features based on probabilistic or deterministic models created by the Company.

All leaderboard placements and outcomes are final once determined by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to:
Use of bots, scripts, exploitative strategies, multi-accounting, or attempts to manipulate scoring systems is strictly prohibited.
In-platform currencies (including but not limited to PP and RT):
The Company reserves the right to modify exchange rates, earning logic, expiration policies, or utility of in-platform currencies at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted under EU law:
Nothing in these Terms limits rights under mandatory consumer protection laws.
